and yes he did. he even ordered all his followers to shave their heads(look up the hadith on the people with shaved heads). He called it "submitting the truth" just like the atheists. athesim is a religion and so is wahabiya. cut the nonsense.

he ordered the killing of 10's of thousands of muslims. modern day salafiya does not promote the killing of muslims but the prophet(saw) said that you will be with whom u love. it wasn't an opposition he started an open rebellion against the ottoman khalifate. The khilafah dispatched forces from egypt led by ibrahim pasha to quell the Wahhabi uprising. He called the muslims mushrikeen and said that jihad was obligatory against them

@yusufulhas sounds more like the khawarij to me than wahabi. what is it that muhamad ibn abdul-wahab did or said that was so bad. from what i know he did'nt form the wahabi group some individuals opposed him decided that they were gonna label everyone who did have respect for him a wahabi. ibn abdul wahhabi did not go around telling everyone to join his sect.

anything dealing with da'wah or the path of Allah is associated with the sufis and allways has been. the ottoman khilafah was founded by sufis. Malaysia and Indonesia accepted shahada at the hand of sufis. as well as the sub-continent. sufi culture is engrained into muslim culture of the subcontinent. This man is a traitor to his culture. He is wearing arab clothes. he is a fake.

The 'wahabis' the media speak of and associate with the 'taliban' is merely a propaganda tool to attach wahabi to terrorism jihad and pure islam. so the anti islam campaign can continue and disenchanted muslims will either become terrorists or become "sufis" because they'll bend to the will of the west or "fight back". The wahhabis in the wars are the arabs who went abroad and fought in jihads accross the muslim world. the ones already fighting were largely sufi.

Wahhabi is not a made up group. the name wahhabi was given to ibn abdul wahhab's followers by his brother. i'm glad the ummah will be divided so that we can root out the viruses. if we didn't root out the virus of the Wahhabis we wouldn't have the problems that we're having now in chechnya. Wahhabis do not allow non Wahhabis/salafis to lead salat or be an emir over them. This is what happened in chechnya. insuboordination. everywhere they go there "doing their own thing" and there killed off

Wahhabis are the group founded by ibn abdul wahhab. Wahhabis are the saud family that run saudi arabia and the religious establishment. There offshoots refer to themselves as salafis. Wahabis have done an awful lot of killing and destruction in the muslim ummah. They accuse muslims of shirk and kufr and claim that it's their duty to subdue the muslims. in modern day times it's done by the mode of "salafi da'wah". in the past it was brutality and murder. in fact it's still going on

@yusufulhas if taliban is sufi then who are these so called 'wahabis'. i still do not know who 'wahabis' are. to me it's just a label that has been created to divide the ummah. why is everyone who speaks about grave worshipping or calling other than allah called a wahhabi. anyone who speaks about bidda is called wahabi. what exactly have the 'wahabis'ruined? you can't blame the fall of the ummah on some made up group. it is our fault we are in this state. basicaly i dont agree with any sect
