I fail to see how using E-Verify would cost small businesses millions of dollars. Participation is free, and it takes only minutes to do the required work.

What a moron! E-Verify is NOT a flawed program when it is actually USED!
America's immigration system of rules and regulations are not BROKEN; they simply HAVE NOT BEEN ENFORCED FOR DECADES! Instead, these clowns have been pandering to the big-business, cheap labor lobby, and government funded ethnocentric hate groups who fund their elections and re-elections.
