Mink your ignorant to the fact that you said rotaries use more gas. Is that why the 787b had an unfair advantage with using less fuel in its races and making more potential power. The v8's are indeed making a comeback. But why is there a need to hate on an engine/car that has made history multiple times. I don't get it. It's all on how you drive a car is how long it'll last. The v8 vs rotary war will never end but for a motor that's not even 2.0l to be compared to small/big blocks is impressiv

umm.... that could be a rotary, by fb sounds just like that....
-
fuckyou fuckyou and fuck you sir rotard.
the most american thing you can do is to leave off where mazda failed .
and sound awesome doing it .

@jeezy8300 you do know that that is still a rotary in that rx7.....
-
@jeezy8300 i completely agree with you dude, BUT..... that kinda sounds like a stockish 12a rotary. the STOCK motor in this particular rx-7

Fucking sick of seeing all these fuckwits having an argument over whos car/ engine is better. Just stfu a good car is a good car I dont care where its made or how many pistons (if any) it has.
-
lol too bad the rotary has made improvements in the design. The newer ones can run on hydrogen and gas. Huh. Lets see a piston engine do that. Oh wait. It's either one or the other and not both for you guys lol.

@joshuaaulis92 agreed im a muscle car fan but i like the power these things put out in tassy Aus there track isnt as gripy as WISD or Willowbank but when u see one of the older Rx7 street legal neary weelspiwn with the frount wheels of the grounds ppl just go oh a rotory pft but i don't care i like my v8s but fuck i would have a Roatory aswell im not a fan boy of v8s or 6s they still do a insane jop at poping tyres and high speeds at the 1/4 mile so im happy

@joshuaaulis92 And yet a wankel rotary engine still as reliable as the Twin Towers were 'plane proof'. I'm not quite sure what sort of efficiency you are talking about either? It costs a small fortune considering it only has 3 main parts so it isn't financial, and it uses a shitload of fuel even though the primary engine of choice is only 1.3L. I think i'll stick to my Jappa's tbh, plus V engines are making a comeback in fuel efficiency, design and cost. Go wankel rotary yourself

Good thing the 16x's housing is made completely out of aluminum. Making it lighter and better than any other engine made of aluminum. And the 16x was announced a long time ago. Even before you made your dumb comment. So maybe do some research before opening your mouth. I'd love to see a 1.2L "shit"ston engine run mid 6's on the quarter mile.
stop fuckin putting v8's in fuckin rx7's that shit is gay.... it's ment for rotaries now fuckin keep it that way fag
