DUI Aftermath 02/02/2010 Bakersfield, CA

Mitchell Green, 30, a firefighter was the driver of the truck on fire and is accused of Driving Under the Influence. He ran a red light at the corner of Panama and Ashe and T-Boned a Hyundai. Then his truck hit a power poll knocking out power to over 2,000 homes and businesses. He was in critical condition after the crash.

Michaela Maxwell, 15, was driving the Hyundai with a learners permit. She was in critical condition after the crash.

Her mother Michelle Marie Maxwell 41 was a passenger in the Hyundai and died on impact.

The two women were driving from their church service, to another church to sign a quilt for a friend who died of cancer, when they were hit.

My family and i were driving back from Disneyland where we were celebration by daughters 3rd birthday. Now we have to share those great memories with this Horrible one.
