  • I just finished your 10 day fasting program, and I'm still a total night owl... but, I think it's mainly in part to the fact that I have three kids and the only alone time I get is in the wee hours of the morning... That said, I know it's taking a toll, and my next challenge is going to be to establish a better sleep routine. Thanks for the prompt! :-)

  • My sleeping is insanely good! First thing I noticed when I started eating 90-100% raw. Amazing!

    I woke up at 6:30am this morning and was in such a good mood while taking my son to school.

    I usually go to bed at 10:00-10:30pm.

  • interesting that I've already been doing this to go to sleep. usually I turn off my computer screen but fall asleep listening to my computer read me a novel thru my headphones and I usually fall asleep with my headphones on and some time during the night i take them off and.. well.. poor wireless headphones have been super glued back together for the 9th time last week. =^-^= but yeah, even this computer junkie has to unwind to sleep.
