After finishing the game or rematch ( not confirm which is correct )
Their HP and attack increase by 1.5x
HP 2000 become 3000
Damage 10 become 15

The only increase I get is 999 ammo ( originally is 100 )

3) Up, Down, Up, X ( I didn't use this because I didn't know it yet )
