  • I have already felt very tired to explain to those people who has no experience in keeping parrots at a metro city. Anyway, my birds are very happy and are enjoyed having sunbath at local park in sunny days. To avoid accident, a chain is needed at outdoor; otherwise it will fly away and never return ...

  • Hi! How did you train him to sing that?? So far, my African Grey can only hum that song, but cannot seem to get the words--and I've been trying for well over a year now! :)

  • @Al3SIA

Grey like humans, some are quick learner and they would like to speak in early stage; however some prefer to blow whistle or even speak a few words only at the year of two. No hurry, in the past, we sang in front of "bobo" and repeated it a few times a day. In recent 2 years+, we just let Bobo to learn our conversations naturally and sometimes Bobo will give you surprise and selectively speaks funny words. I think daily 2-way interactions are better than one way teaching.

  • Also, I hate how pet videos always turn into a fest of animal rights activists yelling abuse at every turn. It's the reason why I refuse to post videos of any of my pets, as much as I'd like to. No doubt I'd have a million "pet experts" telling me how i should treat my pets. You've no right to tell someone how to treat an animal until you've owned/worked with that particular sort of animal yourself. That's just how i see it.

  • i love how they make him sing whit chain around his legs lol

  • How scary would that be if you heard that in a dark room alone..... and you had no idea where it came from XD!!

  • look the leg

  • aww his is soo cute i luv him i also have a parrot and it is an african grey one 2 i will try 2 get a vid of him and upload it to youtube he is called bobby he is soo cute but he also bites xx

  • oh my goodness someone sent this to me for my birthday today and i have been laughing and laughing at it as i watch it over and over again!!! It's like when he leans into it and wiggles his wings he's saying, "I really reallllllly mean it!!!"

  • @sonic1997 NO. If your grey gets scared and hits the end of that chain he will break his legs, I've unfortunately witnessed this. Do him and yourself a favor and get a bird harness, it has a bungee cord for this very reason. My grey wears one, and it doesn't take long for them to get used to it. Also, he seems very well cared for but is exhibiting slight but not major stress signals, holding his wings away from his body. My grey will also talk like crazy when he's nervous.

  • My parakeets, when you try to touch em they cheep cheep LOL

  • Looks like it is having trouble singing

  • My African grey make the funniest fart sound

  • Haha , cute &' my african grey says "Happy Bird Brain To Youu ! " As much as he trys to say happy birthday to youu , he can't ! lol
