The only thing incompetant is your knowledge of the NCAA Men's rule book. You DO NOT get two steps after picking up your dribble in the NCAA or the NFHS (Which governs high school). This would be a legal play in the NBA because their book states you may take two full steps after picking up your dribble. The NCAA and the NFHS allow only ONE step after picking up your dribble. So read a rule book next before looking like an ass clown critizing an official for making the right call.
