If you have specific questions on the application, be sure to contact the Customer Support Center; details on phone numbers, hours, etc. are available in the mouse-based application by clicking "Help" (bottom right corner), and choosing the "About Help" topic.
Also note: users of older browsers will not see the "mouse-based" interface. Users of IE6 and earlier will be routed to the "text-based" interface, which is not covered in this overview video.
