i love most of the footage but you can tell that some is animated

Well all of the footage is taken from official US Air Force and Department of Defense archives so I doubt much of it is animated. Some of the footage does come from recruiting/promotional videos.

This is the actual final version of the song. It can be found on their very rare album Disconnected. No worries, they're rereleasing it in May though. You can find the album floating around the internet however.
