It's a good idea to file off any burrs and maybe add a slight chamfer on each edge. That's easier to do on the larger sizes.

@patzy22 Agreed - why bother trying to fix that Chinese crap. The heat from the cutting makes the poorly 'hardened' surface even worse anyway.

yeah ive used a bench grinder but it comes out curved..this works way better

if someone needs video tutorial for this, i doubt he should use anything that spins at 30,000+rpm

Why not just buy a quality hex wrench (Wera, Wiha, Bondhus) that last 1000 times longer than those cheap china ones?.

the cutting disc will shatter if you apply too much pressure!
it's much safer to use a file or failing that some sandpaper
