  • Why not just buy a quality hex wrench (Wera, Wiha, Bondhus) that last 1000 times longer than those cheap china ones?.

  • the cutting disc will shatter if you apply too much pressure!

    it's much safer to use a file or failing that some sandpaper

  • It's a good idea to file off any burrs and maybe add a slight chamfer on each edge. That's easier to do on the larger sizes.

  • @patzy22 Agreed - why bother trying to fix that Chinese crap. The heat from the cutting makes the poorly 'hardened' surface even worse anyway.

  • yeah ive used a bench grinder but it comes out curved..this works way better

  • if someone needs video tutorial for this, i doubt he should use anything that spins at 30,000+rpm
