vjdvdreams, dam son this is crazy. That's spurting from someone who s the shortest on his team but finish alley dunks. I used the dunk training program over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" and gained past 15 ins on my jump.

vjdvdreams I am 5 8 and I dunk in my highschool team games. I m in my high school's team and my dunking intrigues the crowd (the girls haha). It was truthfully really easy, I just used the unique workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com - anyone can do it
