God that just makes me sick, I swear anyone who just heartlessly throws garbage on the ground shouldn't be ANYWHERE outside. That's just full blown STUPIDITY right there, I don't care what you are or WHO you are, you litter, you are an official IDIOT/JACKASS

but if we put the garbage in the garbage box which is rarely seen
the garbage company put them in garbage place which make more pollution
beside there boxes have opens which make it even worth that 1/4 the garbage drop on the ground transporting them
i guess i am one of few ppl in my country throw the garbage in its places :/
