She changes her hair a lot. On one of the Hellion's tours, I think in Russia, she shaved the sides of her hair and left the top and back. This was probably after that and the sides were growing back. I don't think she has extensions here.

At about 4:05 look at Ann Boleyn's hair closely and you can see how short it really is. I think its REALLY short and the rest is extensions. ha ha
