Well u all, I know I didnt have an update for the previous week. but its all good in the hood. I have lost 3 more pounds since the last video. So a total of 5 pounds all together. yay! I go me a food journal to document what i am eating, and i got me some workout vids. Everything is going well. Thank you all for your support and encouragement! Keep on being encouraged and motivated. Stay focused, and love urself! give urself a big hug in the morning! :) I enjoy u alls videos, that keep me going! See you all on the next go round!!

Congrats on your weight loss. when you crave sweets try to get some sugar free pudding there 60 or 70 cals and it helps take the sweet craving away. I also keep 100 calorie snack cakes just in case I need something like that.

food journal is a great idea. really keeps you accountable. write it down before you put it in you belly.
