that's it's fanaticism.... has nothing to do with religion, as a bad thing !!!! there're Atheists that are crazy as hell as well...I mean...those ppl deserve to go to jail b'cause they failed in their duty to protect and care for their daughter......NOT because of God...God loves us, that's what I think..and what I feel...and if u don't think the same way it's ur choice, the religion is not the problem...it's the freaking ppl !!!!!!!!!

@vannia3000 I have to agree. It's individual's actions that is the problem. However, if these people were not 'taught' to think medicine does nothing and god should solely be in charge of healing people, would this still have happened? There are looney people, and looney religious beliefs, when the 2 mix, its usually disaster.

My mother, along with friends and family have dies from cancer and other health issues, while under a doctor's care. If they chose not to seek medical help, they would still be dead. Why, when a person chooses faith over medical attention, then they die. People say, OH, they should have went to a doctor, when millions do go and still die? God takes you when its your time no matter what, if not, people would survive under a doctor's care.

@shjoed Many things like advanced cancer are beyond our current medicines care. That doesn't mean it wont ever be. How many fatal diseases and illnesses can be cured though?

This girl had a disease that we have a remedy for. If she was under a doctor's care she would most likely be alive today.

I don't believe in your god. I see no evidence of his existence. Nature takes us and our times can depend on if we seek medical treatment or not.

@fractal420 I can not believe that we all happened so we balanced from nothing. Atoms bouncing together, no matter how many years scientists want to throw in between. Way too many holes in scientific theories. Here is the way the Bible says, knock and the door shall be opened. Just pray to My God. Ask Him for a sign. It is so simple. Give it a shot. I have spoken to many who have recieved answeres and witnessed a few. Just because you never saw a Kowala bear, it doesn't mean in is nonexistent ;)

If it is hard for you to believe we came from nothing why do you so easily believe a god came from nothing?

I believed in god for most my life, it's nothing new to me. It's when you become skeptical of the things they teach you as a child that you start asking the hard questions. When you do, you realize that the stories have no hard evidence to back them up. Try for yourself.

Your faith wounds the Mother! I was once a Christian, and the voices I prayed to were always silent. Not once did the god of abraham talk to me.

Through my reason, I felt that if there was a god, it would have to be the Mother. Even then, there is no evidence. She doesn't answer me when I pray. But I am a fool and lowly servant to her. I believe because I cannot stop believing. Even though I know that it is belief that weakens her. She tries to be everything for all, but she can't.

@shjoed For this nonsense to be remotely convincing, you'd have to demonstrate that doctors are NOT able to help anyone. Just because they can't save everyone is hardly proof of their ineffectuality. Medical advances have lead to demonstrable lengthening of lifespans and improvements in quality of life. This is indesputable if you look into it even a little bit. Your post is an example of how religious thinking is illogical and destructive.
