FOB Salerno TF Rakkasan gets eye in the sky

I blimp or areostat flys high up over FOB Salerno Afghanistan to keep an eye out for suspicious deeds that would threaten the security of FOB Salerno and troops patrolling outside FOB Salerno for many miles out. COL Altrus ACE Campbell from HQDA G-2 office (Forward) explains what a benifit this Aerostat is to any FOB and many FOBs have them already with more to come. This particular areostat is used by the 3rd BCT, 101st Airborne Division aka TF Rakkasan.

The lost 2 of those balloons due to wind. I have have worked with them you can expect stupity from them.
