This piece is not included in the supposedly complete Heugel edition (Curtis). I have found at least another piece also missing in Heugel (a beautiful Chaconne in C).

@ALRAesurrection no moroey dont play this instrument...you can listen with van asperen in my channels!

@Totma11 On my old channel there was a video of this anonymous French XVII century clavecin, played by van Asperen for his Louis Couperin edition. This cembalo is the one that has the decorations made in stone. But are we sure that this picture coincides with the cembalo played by Moroney in this recording? I have serious doubts...

@ALRAesurrection Very right you are: A marvelous cembalo in rarely excellent condition. For me this recording rates as highly as the Denis cembalo with Rousset or the Vaudry with Van Asperen... although my favorite 17th century cembalo remains the Denis that you've posted.

No, in realtà quella base è puramente di bellezza e lo fa solamente apparire come un claviorgano. Van Asperen lo ha suonato con un piedistallo d'epoca che lo rende pure più grazioso (il cembalo, non van Asperen, si intende...)
I can't find this piece from Bauyn manuscript. What is the key of this prelude?
