  • He lost one game in that jersey, the game where his balls ripped open, four teeth knocked out and concussed with no recollection of the game, true winner, true leader.

  • they'll be right, lol

  • buck, zinzan, michael jones, fitzy etc , started out as the "baby blacks" .

what a team , am proud to say from my generation and i watched them all live. bring back the cup boys

  • some people here are being pretty harsh on today's All Blacks

they win more than ever and yet we are still not happy, I'd say Brad Thorn is as hard as it gets, Carter maybe a pretty boy but he is one of the greatest to ever play the game. I love Buck and that generation of players, they inspired me to play the game when I was a kid...but you cant take anything away from today's crop....they play just as hard and means just as much to them as any other AB

  • @brynjones11 Shit yeah

  • @TheDavelogan yeah i dig but i reckon they are still king among rugby players!

  • @brynjones11 I wasn't meaning we don't have a great leader, I was saying the attitude about being an All Black had changed. In those days you were a King amongst men, but now it's like rugby players are their own sect in society. Get my drift? I'll be over the moon if anyone proves me wrong though

  • @TheDavelogan i wouldnt say that ay i would say mccaw is doin a good job of being todays buck shelford with that sort of attitude

  • @NOGOODHOODnz I love the bit where the interviewer says "They're All Blacks aren't they?" and Buck goes "that's right". 20 years and the attitude goes. Being an All Blacks just means being big now. No hard men.
