While this footage was edited for length, content was preserved. When a copwatcher filmed a high-strung Sonoma County Sheriff's Department Sergeant for a few seconds, the officer threatened to have him arrested for felony stalking. Too bad the video tape shows otherwise. This is a clear example of police harassment and intimidation tactics by the Sheriff's Department against those who wish to maintain police accountability in the absence of a civilian review board, people who bear the constitutional right to witness and record uniformed peace officers on duty during public events.

I wonder why the police can film you (dash cam) etc. But in some states it's illegal to film them?
