This is the small tractor I usually get the bigger one - the worse one is called the X-Dresser it is really loud above any db level. Hey MONK if they can move all this dirt and grade right on the active crack, then why not build on your stable lot? I THINK THEY are going to build a second road but that will take at least 50- 100 more dumploads to make the road that wide all the way down, what is the use? 8 cars use this daily!

  • I am Seeking real Road Repair and Safety for all Landslide property owners. I am not against road repair I am against what is wrong, no one has stood up with a valid arguement to tell me I am wrong, and this is for road repair or drainage..If it is for drainage you better have your evidence of flooding to suppport over One hundered loads of soil on an active landslide!

  • QUESTION: If there was a problem then why could not sand bags be deployed, Sand Bags are usually enough preventative measure if there really was a problem large to require major land regarding and dumping, then one would expect sand bags.

QUESTION: How will whole new elevated road change the drainage? Two roads with double Pavement could actually cause MORE Run-OFF?

  • QUESTION: IF there is run off on from Tangerine going somewhere badly, then Why is this so! The PBCA paved PEPPERTREE they assured us that all PEPPERTREE run off would go down Peppertree to the major Drains. Please advise the community was there a problem in Peppertree grading?

  • QUESTION: If the perceived Drainage problem was identified below Tangerine, then Why are they working UP SLOPE from a perceived Drainage problem? It is common knowledge that when you have a drainage problem you work down slope...to assure drainage.

  • DRAINAGE - I cannot find any report of a drainage issue in the community minutes

    1) Who and When was there reported a Drainage problem on TANGERINE?

    2) Who and When was there confirmed a drainage problem on TANGERINE?

    3) Who and When was there approved the plans to mitigate the perceived drainage problem by building a new road?

    4) Where there emergency service trucks required?

    5) Was there any Flood Insurance claims?
