obviously most people down nlp just because they cannot understand or learn it like others can but nlp isn't bs but I must say there are some (hypnotist who call themselves a hypnotist but can't even use it which makes nlp looks bad )

Not all psychology is like freud and looks at what's broken, how profoundly ignorant. Of course all proponents of Bandler will lap up what he says about neurology as if he actually knows what he's talking about it but he doesn't. All the tools and techniques in NLP that work can be explained much better by psychology than by NLP. I don't believe all schools of psychology have the right approach for many things but they still are much more valid than NLP. NLP also fails miserably sometimes.
