http://www.yctv.tv/miami/ - Everglades Safari Park offers the most complete attraction in the Everglades. Airboat Tours, wildlife nature shows featuring the "King of the Everglades." View over 100 alligators on their own "Island Resort" basking in the sun, swimming, or just plain hanging-out, included with tour. As you stroll around the winding Jungle Trail (have your camera ready) you could spot exotic birds, reptiles and flora. Continuing onto the elevated Observation Platform where you will experience breathtaking views overlooking the Park and the Everglades. Admission for Adults: $20.00, Children ages 5-11: $10.00 and Children under the age of 5: FREE.
From Miami Beach: Take I-95 south to SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) west. Travel west on SR-836 to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821). Continue south to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.
From the Florida Keys: Take US-1 (SR-5) north to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821) north. Continue north to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.
Look for the large Everglades Safari Park totem pole on the left side of the road, in front of the parking lot.
