  • I am a dance artist. I only found out yesterday: I have MRI which 'suggests' MS, i assume this means more tests to conclude but I don't doubt it, i have been 'feeling' like this for over a year.

B4 I knew I had been working (Dancing) quite hard and feeling really tired after. Not usual from my past. I think this is part of the MS. I am gladdened that I can continue to exercise. My new aches and pains do feel better after I have been moving, I will have to learn to manage the lethargy.

  • I'd like to introduce you to the Kefty which many MS people use. Nick Musachio inventor.

  • I agree! I have MS, 21 years now and I have been a swimmer for that long also. If I don't excercise, I "feel" worse!
