  • I tell you what, that Edna could have some if she wanted.

  • WHEN WAS THIS FIRST PROGRAMME AIRED? ABOUT EDNA O'BREEN: I SAW HER ON SKY ARTS T.V. STATION RECENTLY AND SHE PICKED HER NOSE. REPEAT: SHE PICKED HER NOSE!!!

  • robin day was the best chair of the panel

  • And political TV in the UK was never the same again. Sir Robin was great and handled it with ease.

Teddy "Tawse" Taylor and Michael Foot: it's easy to forget how polarised politics was back then, before the Thatcherite consensus. You could get everything from a hard-right Scot like Taylor to a socialist like Foot and there were even centrist Liberals if you looked hard enough.

  • Priceless!

  • heheh it all gets silly at 2:15

Plus the Partridge gag "on my seft, a socialist"

  • Classic! Real TV as it should be.
