Who defines normal anyhow? YOU DO!!! Not anyone else, just you. If you want to feel happy feel happy it's a fucking choice and it's easy. Soooo easy. I lived twenty five years of my life not knowing how easily I could just be whatever the fuck I wanted just by treating others as I wanted to be treated.... It's a pay it forward kind of service though. Give and ye shall receive, amen

Reality is your own creation man. And so is everything else. We all have our own little worlds and they can be shared or not. Hppd or whatever it is, be cancer aids religion politics, it is only real if you give it power and choose to believe it. Feel me? Just labels and boxes people use to put life into but life isn't describable. Be like water, as Bruce lee used to say.

For the most part nobody really knows what the fuck life is and drugs force to to realize that. So many people can't face chaos. And that's why drugs aren't recommended by the vast majority. Drugs bring you closer to the vail. And that's a scary spot to be if you use fear as a filter. Use love instead. Use love as your shield. Unconditional love.

Get more sunlight and breath slower. Confront your fears too, then you will realize there's nothing to be afraid of. Fear is FalseEvidenceApearringReal. Remember nobody is thinking or hearing your thoughts unless you verbalized it. Even then most people have their own filters and lens they look through and scew.

@adrianbpj Same here man, it's gettin better but the fatigue is probably one of the most annoying symptoms for sureee, i find i feel better if i undersleep than if i oversleep though
