The CD which has the interview was reissued in 2003. So it was probably done then or a bit before

Thank you so much for posting these interviews, since unfortunately Miss Stafford is not as well known these days as some of her contemporaries, though she is every bit their equal or even superior. Her warmth, modesty, class and musical knowledge shine through, as they do in her singing.
