This is a video if numerous push up variations without the use of any weight except your own bodyweight. It is comprised of a combination isotonic and isometric positions to help you build powerful chest/pectoral muscles. Keep in mind....YOU SET YOUR OWN REPETITIONS AND SETS TO YOUR LIKING. The more you do the more you will tire out but the more gains you will see later on.

  • I've been doing these for a while and they have defitnetly shaped my arm more but I still find it hard to do more push-ups, any suggestions?

  • @IRawrBReal Yes I do. Depending how often you do push ups and what kind of push ups, it can make it more difficult for you to do them. It also depends on much determination you have. Are you someone who likes to do various kinds of push ups or do you like to stick with just a one or a couple different kinds? That has a big influence. I just recently started doing handstand push ups (get back to my roots from my gymnastics career)

  • This is scary. Lol Can you di Aztec push ups?

  • @DimmestOwl94 After looking up what Aztec push ups are, I have never tried them. Another push up that's really difficult but dangerous are superman push ups, I haven't tried those either.

  • I have a question how many times a week should I be doing these? I know I should keep the push-ups going till failure but should I be doing these every night?

  • @IRawrBReal I suggest doing it 2-3 times/week until your muscles become used to it. If you do the push ups till failure, you don't want to do them every night.

  • Ive done about all the ones you have suggested in this video, and yeah I usually like to switch it around personally. But usually when I do them I force myself to do each one until I collapse, idk if I should try to do something besides push up as well?
