I promised a photo album, so here it is. YES its embarrassing, but I'm putting this up here to help you see how much the nutrition and exercise changes have helped. Maybe you'll get motivated too, and decide to stay here on earth a few years longer.

Wow... you look great, what a pretty face you have. I was just diagnosed with PCOS about a month ago. I thought it was just me being a fat ass, and then when I found out what was causing the weight gain, I felt so much better. Not better to know I had PCOS but better to know that there was a problem and there was a potential solution. Thanks for posting this, you give me hope when I feel like I have none. :)

Thanks! I completely felt the same way until my doc found my PCOS. Asking docs why I had acne or other issues of the day, and having it be "well because you need to lose weight". No way, really? I had NO idea! THanks for your insight doc, thats why they pay you the big bucks! hah. Yeah right. Naturally when finding out it was PCOS I actually felt like I had a way to become human again.

Oh hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my auntie got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.
