does anyone know if this machine has the capability to move the needle position (left-center-right) to get an accurage seam allowance?

I'm not at all fond of plastic machines. They are anything but cheap. They are great to carry or move, but don't last very long and I doubt you can fix them when they break. I can get at least 5 machines for what you can get the cheapest Singer made in China for. ($89.00) I wouldn't give more than $5 for a plastic one even brand new. Also they make so much noise they will make you deaf. But I wouldn't want to try to move mine or carry them very far without a dolly or wheel barrel..LOL
