A knife is way more sufficient than kitchen shears, also i'm surprised she didn't cut her hand off the way she was handling that knife. Even so at least she mad a whole cut up better than some of my co-workers....

She never actually showed how to remove the white meat. It just appears magically on the counter top.

Have you ever tried using kitchen shears? They're quite handy for a number of things where a knife is more awkward.
