Does the L1 provide the same cooling as the M1?

is it worth it?, like other laptop cooler at the price end do the same thing with fans and you get a bit more extra like hubs etc. and they are still ablw to lower the temp by 10%, but what really gets me is the Heat pipe. Do you think as a Tech guys A DIY heat pipe can be made to add to exiting laptop coolers?
