i have one like that, and it's working with my not really new tv with the HDMI connection, but when i connected the brand new HD tv, using HDMI connection , there is no sound , can you help me please ? elizabeth

I had a 500gb version, but now I'm glad someone accidently broke it, as I'm getting a 1TB media player for the same price that does much more.
ScreenPlay Plus doesn't play video files such as MKV and MP4 which meant taking hours converting them... taking up more space.

wont let you add subtitles srt does anyone know how to put subs on to this unit??

it doesnt red .mkv files (the best quality movies). Isn't there any update for the driver so it can read mkv files?
