I love Sawyer and Kate's relationship, it's very passionate! And he's always telling her the truth about herself, which is why I think she's afraid of commiting to him, he can see right through her bull and call her on it. Jack's all sweet and politically correct, in other words... pretty boring. I think she should definitely go for Sawyer before it's too late.

Treats him like shit for the first 2/3 of the episode until she finds out that hes her only chance at a somewhat regular non-jail-ey life. Then after 1 night she decides that she'll take her chances with the authorities and a possible life of being alone in jail(and never bounces back for the rest of the series). A regular Han and Leia. Wait.

kate should have been locked up behind bars before she was able to damage and kid nap a new born baby and boast that he was her child. she killed her own father in cold blood.

I'm glad Sawyer told her like it is about her flitting from Jack to Sawyer all the time. Sawyer TRULY 100% adores her to the point where he'd sacrifice a life off island with her to make sure she survives to even HAVE life off island.
He doesn't deserve to wait until she's finished with Jack for the week to be with her. Jack's never given her love and commitment like Sawyer has. Who knows what she sees in him.

Hear, hear! Wonderful comment, and I completely agree. I've never really been a Skater or a Jater until season 4, and then I realized that although Kate and Jack may not have made up their minds about who they love, Sawyer certainly has, and he loves her so much he's willing to do anything to make her happy, even if it doesn't mean he ends up with her. Same with Juliet at the end of SNBH, which is why I now ship Jacket/Skate (although I always shipped Jacket <3)
