Classic (Floor) Push Ups are not for beginners.
We all get embarrassed if not able to do even one single
Classic Push Up.Here is how to reach Classic Push ups
in home environment.
Begin with Wall Push Up,as shown in video and gradually progress (over certain period of time) to "Chair Push Ups"
at different heights.
When you gain enough strength, progress to Kneeling Push Ups and finally to Classic Push Ups.
You can also chose any type of Push Ups or combination
of The Push Ups shown in video and stick with it.
Starting gradually with Wall Push Ups,Chair Push Ups and so on is also a good way to warm up your muscles and heart before doing Classic Push Ups.
