I have been to this wonderful chicken shack many times and I LOVE IT! It's not for the faint of heart, even mild will cause the untrained eater to break out in a sweat and cause some stomach ache later, but as one man in movie says, "It's well worth it". Here's a suggestion for you if you come to try it out: bring a container of pure granulated sugar. When your mouth and lips get burning, just eat a spoonful of that sugar and let the juices flow in your mouth and lick your lips for relief.

Warning. English ladies and gentleman probably wouldn't want to attempt this. Unless maybe they've had a few pints of ale and do it on a dare.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Went to the Hot Chicken Festival yesterday and loved it, waited in line for over an hour to get some samples.

if you go at the right time, you WILL NOT WAIT AN HOUR. i usually go after 3pm and have never waited more than 5 minutes to place my order or more than about 15 minutes to get my order. after eating the HOT a couple of times we've had to escalate to the XTRA HOT. a dude who works there advised us that XXXHOT is as hot as it gets. the XXTRA HOT will be my next step down the spiral staircase of hot chicken insanity. you definitely build a tolearance with repeaterd exposure.
