thats what i like about 05, 06 and 07 the dmg was really high.. like me spearman is lvl 48 nd hits 3k not to complain but i like the old maple better

@JustToFunny well it depends on the scenario. if you're going to train in maps with huge maps for the rest of your life, there's no problem in going pure PA. the idea of hybrid is so that you can train just as good as pure PA but also fight bosses jus as good as pure spears. therefore, it's best to go hybrid. it may seem complicated at first but if you think about all the different situations you'll be in, it'll make sense to go hybrid

@JustToFunny Because pure spearmen are gay. Final attack sucks, and it's really annoying when you're 3rd job and don't have a decent crusher yet. Use polearms from 30 to 70 because they have a higher chance of slashing then stabbing, then use spears at lv70's and up because of crusher.

2nd. in that level a normal sin would outdamage a spearman

it's main advantage is that hybrid usually learns pole arm fury first for faster training from 70-100 on bigger mobs like pirates, wolf spiders, himes, etc... and then learning spear crusher since that maximizes damage on single target and bossing as well as training at newties and skeles maps.
the hybrid thing isn't for everybody but yeah, ultimately dark knights should be using spears and crusher when bossing and berserking and yeah all that, haha, hope that helped a little.

Can somone please explain to me what the point of being hybrid is? Im not ganna use PA when im Dk so why would i need it?
