How to deal with an annoying telemarketer by asking stupid questions and just being more annoying then they are (if that's even possible)

Talk really soft in the phone, and when they turn up the volume on their end, yell into the phone as loud as you can.

easiest one is to only say the words bum me. after every question they sit there and say excuse me sir? would you like a trip to the bahamas? bum me?... errr... sir would you like to pay half for a trip? bummm meee?.. er excuse me sir? classic

i kept a telemarketer on the for an hour and 36 minutes one time. after the recording was done. and he asked me if i was happy i said no. He was soo pissed he started to swear at me in indian....
