No, although its important to watch the time on the bleach. It does "tingle" a little bit.

HEY i bleache my hair often, and i had roots cuming through ma naturula hair culer i bleached my hair n its kinda yelow! :S i did leave it on 4 AGES! wich cld be the the problem but my roots r kinda yelowey too n yr natural hair culer is ment to go to a nice blonde! wot do i do or where have i gone wrong? thnkyou

Without putting any more "color" product on your hair, I would suggest that you use a toner shampoo/conditioner. They're usually purple in color, they're for toning brassiness and taking yellow out of grey hair. If you have a Sally Beauty Supply where you are, I would start there first...Good luck!

okay, so i had black hair yesterday and now i have a really light red copper color. im working my way to platinum blonde and i wanna keep condtioning it in between sessions. it feels really nice right now. Am i on the right path to platinum blonde hair?

Yes, you are. You just have to be careful and patient, when going from dark hair. Just deep condition!!!!! It depends on what product you're using?

My former stylist ('cause she moved out of state) who claimed to be a color specialist couldn't even get my dishwater blonde hair to platinum and she was my girl for nearly 10 years! I just think she was used to having conservative clients with timid tastes. Let's DO this thing! yeah!

I love, love your hair color. Of course, you're really pretty so I don't know how I would look as a platinum blonde. I have a lot of grey already and my natural color is a medium dark ash brown. I'm wondering if I can use the Clairol Shimmering Lights on my natural grey hair and get something that looks like your color since my hair already is almost all white. Do you know if I could do that? or where I could get advice. Also, I love to know the brand and color of your nails.Very cute!

Hi I just want to say you're really pretty annddd...

I used the same shampoo and conditioner that you used after bleaching and it left my hair with a purple tint also. I thought it looked cool... it eventually faded. Leaving my hair white platinum, as I wanted. But yeah it made my hair purple too. =]

thats the colour i want my bangs to beeee! i just bleached my hair twice over red dye. so it still had the red tones in it. its basically yellow to orange. how many more times do i need to bleach it ? D: or can i just get blonde dye and dye it over the already bleached parts?

I use certain hair products and I notice that by the end of the day and definately by the next day my hair is yellower than it was when i finished drying it/washing it? Why is that? I use the same shampoo and conditioner as yew doo!
