Really? The state of Oregon is not pronounced or-a-gan. I'm from Indiana/Kentucky/Tenn/Ga and all pronounce it or-a-gan.

look delicious! i've never heard anybody pronounce oregon like "or-a-gone". in oregon we pronounce it like "org-in".
