Good job on making this video I grew up in fp I'm 27 and can anyone tell me about a water slide that was in fp in the 70s or 80s my mom said something about it I think I heard it was at the corner of Jonesboro rd an forest parkway ???

such a shame what happened to clayco in the past decade. Don't bother to call me racist, I don't care. When i was little and that was in the 80's and early 90's, my grandparents lived in riverdale "near the power lines" and it was like a semi rural great place..we shopped at richway and everyones parents worked for delta or eastern. Now they have vietnamese gangbangers shooting cops dead and home values are about where they were in the mid 70's in Bethsaida woods which was a ritzy area.

I am a 16 year old in Forest Park and I wish it looked as nice as in the video. The FPHS sport teams suck, except for the Soccer team and Girls Basketball team. Main street businesses never have customers. Forest Park changed for the WORSE.

Wow! I grew up in Forest Park and did my student teaching at FPHS. Wendy Ragsdale was a friend of mine at MHS in the '70s. It was a great town to grow up in, and I'm grateful for the memories...
