"The Promise" is one of my favorite pieces by Secret Garden, but I discovered it much later than other, more popular pieces by Secret Garden because "The Promise" wasn't featured on the Best of Secret Garden CD that introduced me to the duo's wondrous music. I first became familiar with this piece when I was playing through some of the pieces in a Secret Garden sheet music book. What captivates me most about the piece is the tenderness, simplicity, and sincerity of the melody.

The score is available in the book Secret Garden Collection. I got mine from SheetMusicPlus, but it's also available from other sites like Amazon and the official Secret Garden website. Please do not ask me for the sheet music, I cannot share it for copyright reasons. Thanks for understanding. : )
