Many of the characters that appeared in Street Fighter II (just my opinion) had awesome original themes that spawned even better remixes appearing in the Alpha series (mainly Alpha 1 and 2) But this M. Bison theme easily beats out his alpha remix.

Ah! Wow, that must be from the original edition of SF2. They resigned his cap to look more "military" in every other future game.
