Kenya's first ever Supreme Court is now in place following the swearing in of five judges at State House, Nairobi on Friday morning. This comes after a Constitutional Court on Thursday, dismissed an application challenging their appointment on the basis of gender imbalance. The judges later headed for the unveiling of the Supreme Court building at the city centre.

isnt it interesting, njoki ndungu used to be an adamant womens right activist, shez one of the architects of that 1/3rd nonsense in our katiba, sasa amepata a piece of the pie then kaput!she got lost.although shez different coz i know and have heard of her, the thng is this, hamtatuletea mwanamke from hell knows where we've never heard of ati then force the electorate to vote for her that is out.
