Hey Mr. edwardXamber18, if you don't own the rights to this music, then DON'T UPLOAD IT TO THE INTERNET!!!.

I was listening to someone play a cover of this piece on piano, which is 100% legal to do under copyright laws.

And then THIS video started playing, which makes me mad. I'm a composer, and if someone was posting my music on their channel so they could get a whopping 1600 views I would be furious and probably sue.

You should remove this video.

I understand why this makes you upset. I was not doing it to steal from the artist or take anything from them. I mearly put the song on here to enjoy it and to put it in some profiles i had. I love this song and I did buy it from amazon.com. I did not post it to make it popular or anything like that. Just to enjoy it.

Why can't everyone, whether rich or poor be able to enjoy music. As a composer wouldn't you want to share and invite others to your music to allow them to feel what you do so passionately. Socrates gave his education for free because he understood its importance to the masses, should music not be the same. I am extremely poor, yet this music is the only thing I can afford and it keeps me living...truly living.

this song brings tears of joy to me. Is it legal to live in Antartica? A place were there is no War or Humans Just penguins and Ice. If I go there one day ill play this Song. :)

As long as the uploader isn't freely distributing the music, it is allowed. I think many of users here would agree that it is better to upload the music than not at all.

You would be able to sue, but what's the outcome? You will lose your fans. The beauty of the internet is that it has the ability to create near viral spread of message, and I think this one is worth it.

Big names in the score industry don't sue. Get on their level.

I watched March of the Penguins on TV yesterday and had forgotten how much I loved this little melody!

Of course I want to share the music, and I'm grateful to have so many people enjoying something on which I worked so hard, but this person has monetized this video and is making money on it. That is wrong. In fact, I have recently surfed the web and illegally downloaded my own records with the push of a button. All this means is that without making enough money on the work, and not being able to pay for my sons shoes, I will be forced to stop making music because I'll be working at Subway. AW
