Chopra Center Yoga focused on the Spiritual Law of Pure Potential. In this class we start standing and stretching our spine before going through the flow of the chair sun salutations.
I like the sequence of these moves, but you've paced it waaaay too fast! Maybe this is just me, but I get the best results from sun salutations when the length of each posed is held for an entire inhale / exhale. I'll use this video to simply learn the sequence but won't try to keep up with it while working out. Keep 10-min yoga coming though!

does this stuff really help? if so, how does it help? I find it a waste of time, but I don't have a lot of patience :S
