@pierrrecesar: i tried using reactor with path constraints with splines, the toy model follows the path but the car has a mind of its own. il be sure to check out mad car.
well worth the 2days wait for that vid. if only i had your level of skills in 3d modeling...

I don't know if this is reasonable, but what about the idea of using a single tire section that repeats under the moving tire in the direction the tire is facing and not relating necessarily to the direction of the car as a whole is moving. Then perhaps it could brush sideways and interlap on top of one another - repeating sideways track images may create that smudged illusion. The question is: is it reasonable to process all those images being placed under the moving tires?
how do you control the cars movement? my crap model just moves in a straight line til it falls off the plane. level of detail on the model is nice.
how long was the render time

@muj3d Thanks, you probably use reactor. You should try the free plugin Madcar (you can download it on the web) It makes the drive more easier and realistic. Here there is more than 2 days rendering time because of HD :).

I really like the tire marks, but perhaps they should be a little lighter in places. Varied translucency and some smudging of the tire track image that's being planted would be good. Perhaps the tires should only leave tracks when moving a certain way. When tires of a car turn against the road, the tire prints are no longer visible because the tire moves sideways and smudges it. It looks very nice, very impressive job with the varied opacity.

@180DegreeMason Thanks ! I agree with you and I didn't do this because it's hard to make but I will try in a future video ;).
