My nervous hyperactive bunny Cleo demonstrates bunny hypnosis/trance. This is a very useful procedure for bunny owners who cannot clip the nails or perform check-ups on the their rabbit because it won't settle down!

Don't do this just because. Only do it when you absolutely must in order to trim your rabbit's claws because this terrifies the rabbit (but they've very good at hiding fear/weakness/pain because they're prey animals). You're inducing TI (Tonic Immobility), which is a rabbit's natural last-resort defense mechanism in order to escape a predator who may thing the rabbit is dead and ease up on the fight/restraint.
