Obvious transmission issues whilst driving the 2010 Cadillac CTS coupe in sport.
Service Departments response: "It's normal. Nothing wrong here". What do you think? Is it just me? Am I crazy to think my car in sports mode shouldn't be stuck in 2nd gear going 60 mph?

Mine does the same thing. I'll exit the freeway ramp and when I merge into traffic it holds onto 2nd even after I back off the throttle. Hello, shift up to 3rd or 4th...I'm not accelerating anymore.
