What about the water that is processed thru charcoal, UV, reverse osmosis, etc. at locations where you can fill your own containers? Isn't that tap water that is processed further to eliminate certain other elements? Isn't that more safe than tap water arriving at your sink?
bazile, yeah, bummer. Change. Scary. But aside from impacting the world beyond your understanding, this is about the fact that the chemicals leeching through your multiple cases of plastic are poisoning you. I assume, at the very least, you have your self-preservation circuity intact.
If the water has toxins in it and people keep buying the water with independent studies showing their are toxins in the water then people don't know or don't care. And why would the company's want to do something other then to make their product more appealing to their customers. If their customers find out theirs toxins in the water they will stop drinking bottled water and the companies will change their bottles...
